The Organising Committee invites you to showcase your organisation/company to the delegates attending the 8th African Population Conference (APC) that will be held in Entebbe, Kampala, 18-22 November 2019. This is a marketing opportunity for your organisation. We anticipate that over 800 delegates from government departments and academic institutions around the continent and abroad will be attending this conference.
Share and disseminate scientific information on key population issues.
Discuss health and development issues facing the African continent.
Promote the integration of research evidence in policy formulation.
Provide an opportunity for networking and knowledge sharing on population and development issues between researchers, policymakers, program implementers, international development agencies and other relevant stakeholders

Costs per Standard Exhibition Stand (9 Square meters):
Local Exhibitors: UGX 2,775, 000 ($750) (including VAT)
International Exhibitors: UGX 5,550,000 ($1,500) (including VAT)
Cost includes the following:
Exhibition booth based on a 3 X 3 (9 square meters) stand configuration or floor space
1 Plug point
Company name on Fascia (a maximum of 25 letters) Fascia Board, Colour: White (standard)
2 Delegates per stand
Teas / Snack/ Lunch for the duration of the conference will be served
1 Conference pack (includes bag and documentation)

Note that exhibitors will also be allowed to attend the conference; keeping in mind that at least one delegate must be at the stand at all times.
Requirements for all Exhibitors
Please kindly note that only 2 exhibitors will get name badges.
Name on Fascia Board:
Please indicate on the registration form where it says “Stand Name Required” the name you wish to appear on the fascia board. Names should not exceed 25 letters, for easy identification by visitors. Please submit the name of the Company for the fascia board and completed exhibition registration form latest by 31st October 2019.
